Well since I'm vegan, I couldn't test it on any meat dishes but I bet they would work wonders!! I steamed some broccoli and tossed it in a heaping tablespoon of the All American Barbecue. It surprised me how good it turned out! A little spice to it and a LOT of flavor for a small amount of seasoning.
